All Contestants must first win their State Photo Competition before being considered for the Summer 2009 International Competition.
* Atleast 18 years of age
* Size Sexy 12w-26w
* Each Contestant must be naturally born female.
* Contestants may be married, single, separated or divorced.
* Each Contestant must agree to represent their title in the manner detailed by the organizers of this event i.e., no drinking, smoking, or vulger language, must display professional appearence while a contestant and during your reign if selected the winner.
* All entry fees must be paid in full by deadlines given.
